Relax in this chic and artfully designed condo. This sun-kissed 1-bedroom apartment in Irving Park is located in the city, but away from the hustle and bustle in a tree-lined quiet green neighborhood

You can go just about anywhere in the city in 20 - 30 min as we are 2 minutes to the 24/7 EL blue line stop (train) and the I90/94 interstate. Our apartment is perfectly situated halfway between downtown Chicago & O’Hare airport. We are in a crime-free part of Chicago & have FREE PARKING. Our place is close to the interstate and the local metro stop (the EL blue line), so visitors from smaller cities may find it a bit noisy.

You have exclusive access to this unit. Bedding, towels, and toiletries are all provided during your stay.

There is a back patio with a gas grill, fire pit, and lawn chairs where you can entertain or relax at will. Please note that this space is used by full-time tenants of the building as well so please clean up after yourself and leave the space tidy

My partner and I spent just a couple days here, and it worked out well. It is quite small, but it's great for two people. We only used it as as a place to relax and sleep at the end of the day as we spent most of our time elsewhere in town for restaurants and events. Being near the Blue Line and several major bus routes was helpful for that.

This stay was very easy and nice! The place was clean and helpfully labeled. It's very well-located, with an easy walk to the L or to buses. It was air conditioned, which was very appreciated in the heat wave we stayed in Chicago during. The one problem we ran into was that the place was advertised as having two beds. It turned out the couch in the main room was not a pull-out bed, but rather a sort of lounging couch that was very comfortable to sit on but didn't provide a flat place to sleep. My friend and I ended up sharing the bed instead. We didn't mind, but be aware this place only really has one bed. The host was very polite and communicative, and was able to answer any questions or problems we had very promptly. Overall, it was a great pick for a stay, but could use a slightly more accurate listing re: number of beds!

This is a nice, modern one bedroom apartment in a great neighborhood with many shops and restaurants in walking distance. Very convenient to the Blue. Suitable for one person or a couple.

The place was clean and in a great location with parking. We reserved for 3 people thinking there was a queen bed and a futon, but there was only a reclining couch for the third person to sleep on. We also only had two towels. The snacks and small touches were great! I would stay here again, but it really is only set up for two people.

The property is small, okay for one person stay, not four. The area is nice and quiet. Top neighbors walking and stomping frequently was annoying specially at night. The host was very rude. The first day of our arrival he opened the door of the apartment when he said I didn't answer his call or messages. He knocked very hard on the back door. My daughter and I were taking a nap after a long flight. When a opened he was questioning me why I didn't answer his message or call as he walk inside the apartment, which is unappropiate. He was very weird and rude. He even called me asking if I could come over so can give him the sheets I used cause he needed to wash them for the next guest who was to check in at 11am, by the we were checking at that same time. By the way, amenities aren't as described when booked. It was terrible experience.

Perfect for a couple. Compact but has everything that a couple needs. Initial mix up due to scheduling problem but the owner showed up personally and resolved the matter. On-street parking was easy and unit was close to my desired amenities. I would stay there again.

This location was Excellent: close to both the train and bus lines. A car was not needed. Although the apartment is small it will easily accommodate 1-3 adults comfortably. Several local eateries are also within walking distance.

This property is very clean and very cozy. The location is great, except at night, I was able to hear the train and highway traffic. My husband wasn't bothered at all. We still liked it and suited our needs. The amenities were excellent. There's plenty of parking.

The unit was clean and pleasant, however, a few extras would improve the overall experience. 1. A small table by the bed, similar to the one that is by the stove, needed for glasses , phone etc. 2. At least two luggage racks. There is nowhere except the floor or the furniture to put your luggage. 3. Since the shower controls are reversed, it would be very helpful to have them marked hot and cold in addition to the arrows already there indicating direction you should turn them. 4. "Free parking" should be changed to say "free street parking". There is no on-site parking.

Everything was just as described in Vrbo! Parking was very easy to find - very unusual in the city, easy to get around with the blue line being so close. The unit was nice and clean and very well stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

Good space for 2 people, kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils and even some seasonings, bathroom doesnt have hardly any heating in it tho and its difficult to maneuver because its such a small space. But the water gets really hot. Only 2 large towels are provided so I definitely suggest bringing more if you feel like you need too. Owner is very kind, and considerate and I would definitely rent again

I'd stay again, it was nice. Only issue was the upstairs neighbor must have been doing remodeling because the entire day was filled with hammers, drills, stomping etc. But all in all I enjoyed it.

Upon arriving we couldn’t find a parking spot.So we parked THREE blocks away,which wasn’t delightful unloading our bags from our car, and that wasn’t just this time.Every time we came back to the apartment we couldn’t find parking other than 2/3 blocks away. Although that was after 5 pm.We did notice during work hours 9-5 there was more parking but only one or two spots at which many people parked a big distance between each other so fitting in a mid size suv wasn’t going to happen.When we walked in the apartment we noticed the bathroom,living room and bedroom windows were unlocked and open along with the back door was unlocked.The ad specially noted these things needed to be locked and shut,so I assumed we should enter the place as it asks.We had over 9 hours Of driving so we decided to stay in the first night,we turned on the tv to notice everything was in Spanish.I finally figured it out but what a mess.We sat down on the couch and the left side didn’t recline/work properly(it has buttons)and it had food in the cracks.And it wasn’t comfortable at all.As we settled into bed around 10:30/11 we could hear the upstairs neighbors pretty loudly walking around and not only then, in the mornings too.It might not be a big deal but the bedroom had no door.The check in time is later than most/normal and the check out time is a bit earlier than most as well. Upon entering the bathroom we noticed the toilet was filthy.(we have pics)and the shower too. Bedroom was too hot even w fan .

The house & the apartment were very clean & cute. Neighborhood was nice & felt safe. My only complaints were that we would’ve liked more than 2 bath towels for two people for 3 days. Also, it was very warm in the apartment (no air conditioning), but who could’ve known it would be 80 degrees in mid-October. Thank goodness there was one fan provided.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. The hosts, Jason and Anne, were incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even more special. The location is particularly convenient: downtown Chicago is easily accessible by metro in about 20-25 minutes, and O'Hare Airport is just 10 minutes away. Despite the proximity to the highway and the metro, the house is very quiet. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

I booked this stay for the price, it was one of the more affordable options in the area and the location was pretty central. The neighborhood was pretty nice but finding close parking was difficult in the evenings. The place was clean and Jason was a really courteous and responsive host. My only thing was the photos in the listing were not totally up to date so I was suprised by the bed and couch not looking the same, but other than that the place is a nice, small stay if you’re looking for somewhere to mainly sleep while exploring the city.

The apartment is small--very small bathroom with little room for makeup, etc. No washcloths. Shower was fine. The kitchen was basically equipped. There is one small table. The TV has problems getting reception. If you want basic TV forget it. The bed was OK. The owners were accessible and work hard to please. Great neighborhood.

Great little place with a few minor issues, that were not huge deals. No remote for tv and going thru VRBO app had a huge delay. Easier to communicate bias texting. Also, sewer smell in bathroom if the place was closed for several hours. Bed was comfy. Would love a normal chair to sit in as I have arthritis. Great little place for a senior woman (stairs just a little challenging w/luggage). Would be also great for a younger agile couple. Will be my go to place for future trips by myself. The check-in time was listed as 5 PM which is later than most check-in times at other properties I’ve stayed at. Our plane got in around 12:30 PM. We contacted the host Jason to see if we could at least drop our luggage off so that we could go out and do things without having to drag around suitcases. He graciously agreed. When we arrived, we were actually able to fully check in because they had cleaned the property. Check in process was very easy. Host provided coffee for the drip coffee maker, as well as instant coffee and tea and some basic spices, which is always appreciated. The bed was comfortable enough. The pillows were pretty flat and not very comfortable. One night we were out kind of late and when we came back, the door code that had worked previously didn’t work so I had to contact Jason around 10:30 PM for access to the unit. He was very gracious about it. it is conveniently located to the blue line train stop. That being said, if we were to visit Chicago again, we would stay closer to downtown because we basically had to count on an hour of transit time every time we went somewhere.

Property was convenient to where we needed to go. Host was very accommodating and accessible. Reached out to us several times and was very helpful. The apartment was clean overall and quiet, despite there being other tenants in the building. It had everything needed as far as supplies and cooking utensils and the pots and pans were clean and useable. The only suggestion I have and it’s nothing big is to clean the tops of the ceiling fan above the eating table. Thank you for letting us stay!
