Completed in 2005, this exquisite oceanfront masterpiece features five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Both spacious and elegant, it is 5000 square feet of pure luxury with an additional 3500 square feet of porches with gorgeous ocean views. The pool is a serene saltwater pool that both adults and children will love! Richly furnished, it sleeps 12 very comfortably. This romantic home is one of the most unique beauties on the island. We have 24 hour Concierge Service and can arrange for a Babysitter. Relax in the quiet beauty of Isle of Palms, while being a mere 20 minutes from historic Downtown Charleston. The house is located right next to the new wheelchair access boardwalk and the house comes with an all terrain beach wheel chair. World class golf courses and fabulous shopping are located within minutes of this fabulous home. IOP is one of South Carolina's barrier islands. It is long and narrow and bounded by the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. The island's beautiful beach and the inland waterway offer a wide diversity of animal and plant life while providing endless recreational possibilities. In 2002, the City's beach was the first in SC to achieve the Blue Wave Designation from the Clean Beaches Council. Blue Wave is an environmental standard that indicates our beach is well managed and a clean family beach.

This was a girls trip that we were looking forward to for months. The property manager met us at the door for our check in, and went over all the details of the property, which were also in a convenient “welcome book” on the bar. We literally wanted for nothing! This house and property was absolutely perfect for the privacy and relaxing trip we were looking so forward to. I can’t wait to return.

Charming and whimsical, the architecture of the home, and the interior design gives fairytale vibes. Add the stunning beach views and it makes for a wonderful vacation experience. Great beach access and a fun pool made for lots of family fun. We were accomdated for early arrival and the property manager was prompt to respond regarding an air-conditioning issue. All in all, a great decision to stay here!

Our family loved it….Gorgeous home…owner is an artist so the entire property is eye candy.(If you go, treat the home with care…it deserves it). Oceanfront location with easy access to pool and beach is very convenient. Spend a little xtra time at check in to learn the ins and outs, electrical system etc.
