Both the outdoor features of this vacation home (private pool, private hot tub, pool deck and screened porch) as well as the interior features of this home (two primary suites, hardwood oak floors, shiplap walls and high end fixtures) are stunning. You'll find luxurious design details and finishes throughout Heaven on Earth including gorgeous tile work, beautiful furnishings & fixtures and top of the line appliances. This home is also very family friendly, with its bunk bedroom, a family friendly den (with board games!) and an open floor plan layout between the living room, dining room and kitchen areas. Guests access Heaven on Earth through garage, up the interior staircase and through a door into the kitchen. Once you enter the door, you will find the home's kitchen (including expansive pantry), dining room, living room, office, screened porch, half bathroom, lower level primary suite and a staircase to the home's upper level. On the second floor, you will find the upper primary suite, the queen suite, the guest bedroom, the laundry room, hallway bathroom, den and bunk bedroom.
Pool and hot tub are serviced weekly by a pool service company. They are NOT serviced on every arrival day. Storms and prior guests may mean it is not in pristine condition.
Elevator not available for guest use at any time. Guests of the home will need to navigate at least two different sets of stairs -- one set of stairs from the garage level to the first floor of the house and one set of stairs from the first floor to the second floor of the house.

These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability.

This may impact beach access points but the beach will be accessible throughout. Only active construction areas will be roped off. There will be construction traffic and noise in the immediate area of any work site. Check the City site for more details.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this house, and it was amazing once again! Super clean, beautiful home, and a very responsive and helpful host. The booking process was easy, check-in was smooth, the location is walkable to the beach. Definitely would stay here again!

House was very spacious and clean. Screened in porch was a great hangout and quiet in morning to drink your coffee without waking anyone else up. There were plenty of outdoor chairs for pool or the beach. With 8 ladies bathroom space was great! Highly recommend!

The house, set in a lovely neighborhood, and location in IOP were perfect for our ladies trip. The home was so clean and perfectly appointed. Generous space existed for gathering inside and outside with an easy walk to the beach. There were plenty of beach chairs, towels, and supplies at the house if needed. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus. The kitchen scullery had a huge extra fridge and ice maker. We can’t think of a thing we needed that wasn’t available. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Location was perfect but several issues. No exhaust vent in kitchen caused food odors throughout house. Spa was not operating this year, a real drawback in early spring as the pool not heated. Furniture needs refreshing, particularly outside on decks and porches
