This 10-bedroom beachfront home sleeps up to 28 guests, with ocean views, a private boardwalk to the beach, and dining space for everyone to gather. Spend your days lounging by the large private infinity-edge pool, enjoying the spacious landscaped backyard, or use the outdoor kitchen to grill with friends. With numerous porches, three primary king suites with porch access, and a hot tub for sunset evenings, there’s plenty of room to enjoy the coast together.



Living Spaces & Kitchen

The first-floor features custom-designed living, dining, and kitchen spaces ideal for entertaining. The recently renovated chef’s kitchen includes two full-size refrigerators, two dishwashers, two ovens, an electric cooktop, a prep sink, and a coffee bar. The comfortable living room features stylish furnishings and a large television, while the expansive dining area offers seating for up to 14 guests.

-King suite with private bathroom, Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and porch access to the pool

-Private king suite occupying the entire third floor

Important Property Information

-Maximum occupancy: 28 guests

-Primary renter must be at least 25 years old

-No smoking on the premises

-Parties and events require prior approval; bachelor and bachelorette parties, fraternity and sorority gatherings, and receptions are prohibited

-No parking on landscaping or public streets

-Quiet hours: 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

-Elevator service is not guaranteed, and downtime due to mechanical issues or repairs does not qualify for a rental refund. Please contact us for dimensions if wheelchair access is needed.

Guests will enjoy a private entrance with convenient self-check-in, access to an elevator (with approval) for those who need mobility assistance, covered and driveway parking, and use of a private pool and hot tub, which can be heated seasonally for a fee.

Located directly beachfront on sought-after Palm Boulevard with gorgeous ocean views and direct boardwalk access, this home is ideal for your next large family or friends vacation. Guests can easily walk or bike to nearby restaurants, shops, grocery store and local attractions while still enjoying the peaceful setting of a classic island cottage community.



Getting Around:

We recommend bringing a car for the easiest and most convenient way to explore Isle of Palms and the surrounding Charleston area. While the beach and some nearby shops and restaurants may be reached on foot or by bike, a vehicle is helpful for grocery shopping, dining, and sightseeing beyond the immediate neighborhood.
