4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.

We loved this home so much last year, that we booked it for another week this year! We had 14 people, half were 9 and under. This home has three levels and gives our family plenty of room to spread out, sleep comfortably, and share lots of family time with meals on the screened porch or in the kitchen at bar stools. This home is very well stocked with everything to entertain the entire family. We enjoyed puzzles, card games, relaxing in the pool with floats, balls, basketball goal, and warming up in the spa. The home also provided plenty of beach toys as well as a cart to easily take everything to the beach. The kitchen was a hub of activity from morning coffee to preparing meals and snacks for the crew. The kitchen has everything you need from pots and pans to coffee maker options. All you need to provide is the food and drinks. The home was very clean, well laid out, and gave us another fantastic week together at IOP. We definitely recommend it!

I think the only issue we had with this property was that someone booked it after us preventing us from staying longer. Check-in was easy, communication was simple with fast response times, and I don’t know if it’s mentioned in the listing BUT it’s incredibly easy to get to the beach (around the corner). We got a golf cart and barely used it. 10/10 would recommend staying here. They also allowed us to pay for an extra day to arrive early.

This house was just about perfect. Everyone in our group couldn’t stop talking about how great it was. The size, design/flow, amenities, seating areas, kitchen, cleanliness etc were excellent. Every room has its own nice full bathroom which is so key. The pool is wider than it looks in the pics, and there is an option to pay for heating, which we didn’t take because we would have to pay for the full time there - the management company said rebating wouldn’t be necessary and they were right. Walk to beach via 31st entry was 5 min! Cool activity room leads out to pool (note it has a beach cart, sand toys, balls, frisbees etc). Check-in, check-out, responsiveness were all very easy, fast and straightforward. They thought of everything. Just know to bring your own beach towels.
