The home is a full remodel of a classic 1950s ranch, curated by Soulcation Collective to blend style, light, and ease. The layout is open and social, with space to spread out — from indoor lounging to outdoor dining.

You'll enjoy:
• Oversized island and open-plan kitchen/dining
• Large backyard with al fresco dining
• Entertainment-ready game room
• Workspace with desk and ergonomic chair
• Covered carport and driveway parking
Other Things to Note:
• Max overnight guests: 8
• Max daytime guests (in addition to those on reservation): 4
• No parties/events/weddings
• No pets
• No smoking or vaping of any kind
• Quiet hours: 9pm–8am (no outdoor amplified music, per city ordinance)
• Parking: 3 driveway, 1 street
• Pool is heated May–October. Heating is normally an additional fee, but it's currently included free as part of our Winter Soulcation Bundle.
