This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath farmhouse offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort — complete with a 40ft solar heated pool, an expansive pool deck, pool house, 8-person hot tub, outdoor dining and lounge areas, BBQ cabana, and fire pit under the stars.
Located in the heart of West Sonoma County, you’ll enjoy easy access to Healdsburg, Dry Creek Valley, Sebastopol, Guerneville, the Russian River, and the Sonoma Coast. The solar-heated pool (May–October) and year-round hot tub make it the perfect home base for any season.

As you arrive, you’ll be greeted by a 300-year-old oak tree and a welcoming front porch with lounge seating — ideal for sipping wine and taking in vineyard views. Inside, the home features hardwood floors, a recently remodeled kitchen and baths, and modern furnishings in soothing neutral tones.
Large windows fill the home with natural light and frame panoramic vineyard vistas. Step through to the back deck and enjoy al fresco dining, a covered lounge area, and open lawn space that flows to the 40 ft. pool and gardens.

At the far end of the yard, the solar-heated pool is framed by lush lawn and palm trees. The BBQ cabana includes a built-in grill, sink, fridge, and bar seating — perfect for casual poolside meals.
Relax on one of 8 loungers with umbrellas, settle into the teepee daybeds, or stretch out under the pergola’s teak sectional for the ultimate poolside escape.
