The house was adequately furnished for our month long stay. The beds and furniture were comfortable. It was great to sit on the balcony to enjoy both the sunrise and sunset! The view of the bay and ocean was wonderful. The pool was heated, it was a nice place to hang out. The commons area was nicely furnished with lounges and grills. The fish cleaning area was great. We had a fabulous time, and met so many nice people. We cannot wait to return. The host was nearby and easy to talk with! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Very nice property, small neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. Owner was quick to answer any questions we had and even got the air conditioning drain that had plugged up fixed on a Saturday afternoon. Enjoyed the pool and the common area for grilling. Watching the sun go down from the elevated deck in the evening is very nice. Walking distance to several restaurants and points of interest. Plenty of things to do in and around Marathon. Only gave 4 stars to the cleanliness because of some dog hair that remained from the previous visitors. However, the owner was quick to remedy the situation. Overall, we were very impressed and had an absolutely enjoyable relaxing vacation. Not able to revisit the property next year because we changed our vacation dates, and they are already booked for the time.
