PRIME LOCATION, RIGHT IN THE CENTER OF DEWEY BEACH! Park the car when you arrive and you won't need it again! Sleeping 8, this 3rd floor 4 BR condo is just one short block to the beach . . . just cross the street for beach access. You are also mere steps to Dewey's restaurants, shops, famous watering holes and nightlife AND the Jolly Trolley stop to the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk and downtown is directly in front of the condo as well! Imagine enjoying your morning coffee, happy cocktails and meals on the huge covered deck. Just relax and watch the world go by . . . you can even peep a bit of the ocean! Great perks come with this vacation rental: In home washer/dryer, 3 smart TVs for streaming, 2 off-street parking spaces PLUS 1 Dewey Beach Parking Permit. No Pets, however owner has had a dog in the unit. No Smoking. Book today while there are still prime weeks available!
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age. NO SENIOR WEEKS!
Guests pay a $125 cleaning fee for all stays. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

It was an excellent location and great layout. The rooms are a good size and allowed for a lot of privacy. The main living area is huge and great for everyone hanging out. It’s a block from the beach and all the restaurants are close. We loved it.

I travelled with two friends and our adult children. We like being close to bars and restaurants as well as the beach. Dewey is a good fit for us. The condo is beautiful and perfectly located with plenty of beds. We especially enjoy the large covered porch. Just beware of noise if booking during Bike Week.

My family & I really enjoyed our stay at Izzy Plaza. Checkin & checkout was extremely easy, the property was just as it was listed. Very clean, and we will definitely be back. Perfect location to the beach, and restaurants.

The location is unbeatable! The begs we’re comfortable and the space was awesome - we had a great time! Be aware that you have to bring a lot of stuff (sheets, toilet paper, paper towels, etc) - the description mentions it but we didnt notice until we read the fine print. Not a big issue but just something to note!
