Memorial Day to July 1 all rentals are 3 day minimum. From July to Labor Day, all rentals are 7 days, Saturday to Saturday. From Labor Day to Memorial Day, there is a two-night minimum. If you are in need of something different, please ask. We MAY be able to accommodate. We do allow last minute rentals as well.

My favorite place to stay in Dewey beach. So close to the beach and just a couple blocks from the starboard and other great restaurants. Definitely coming back!

Property was as advertised, very close to the beach and handy to restaurants. Property was clean and well stocked. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly consider staying there again.
