Ocean Harbor Townhomes, Unit 9A is la four-level townhome located on Dickinson Street. On the second and third levels are balconies where guests can enjoy the stunning ocean views! Guests enter on the ground level, which has one bedroom and a full bath. The second level features a half-bath, kitchen, and dining space. There is also a large, open living room, which flows out onto one of the ocean-front balconies. On the third floor, guests will find the master suite, which has sliders opening out to the second balcony - imagine waking up to the sun on the ocean every morning! There are two additional bedrooms that share a hall bath on the third floor as well. A loft area makes up the fourth floor, which has a small sitting area. Grilling is prohibited on balconies. Parking restrictions 6'6'' clearance. A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $226.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.
