This condo offers off-street parking for two cars, with additional permits available from the city. Central HVAC ensures year-round comfort, and a full-size washer and dryer make extended stays easy. After a day in the sand, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower. Elevator access is available, though please note that a few steps lead to the unit entrance.
