Now available, this newly renovated condo at Bay Shores Yacht and Tennis Club offers stunning views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico from sunrise to sunset! Our clean and spacious condo consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, allowing plenty of space and privacy for you and your family. The large balcony overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and afternoon cocktails while watching the beautiful bursts of color reach across the sky and beautiful boats slowly cruise by. An additional bonus of this special view is the nature and wildlife, including dolphins, that can be spotted throughout your stay. The peaceful views overlooking the water offer a perfect start and end to each day!
The Bay Shores Yacht and Tennis Club property offers many fun additions for your trip to Indian Shores. You have access to a waterside heated pool and jacuzzi, a sauna to relax in, and gas grills to cook your favorite food. The property also offers many family-fun activities, including tennis, pickleball, a putting green, and shuffleboard. As a guest at Bay Shores Yacht and Tennis Club, Smugglers Cove Miniature Golf, a top Indian Shores attraction only a few steps away, offers you a discount to play. Free high-speed WiFi internet access is also available in the unit. A set of sliding doors open to a private balcony with 2 lounge chairs, a table, and 2 chairs so you can enjoy the intracoastal view with comfort. This sleek room also offers a large dresser and two bedside tables to store your belongings. Adjacent to the bedroom is a private bathroom with a bath and shower combination. The master suite allows you to have a great night of rest and relaxation to prepare you for your next wonderful day of vacation!
The guest bedroom consists of two beds; a queen size bed and a twin-size bed with shelving, which means this cozy bedroom can accommodate up to 3 guests. We loved our stay over Christmas break! Wonderful Bay views off of the back porch, tremendous sunsets over the Gulf, just outside the front door! The unit has everything you need and is very comfortable! The complex has a new pool, hot tub, & pool deck with a cabana bar and gas grills, overlooking the bay. The location is walking distance to one of our all-time favorite restaurants, Salt Rock Grill. Right on THE QUIETEST part of Gulf Blvd. Can't wait to go back next year!

Nice view. Clean. Pre-arrival instructions were detailed and easy to follow. Close walk to the beach, mini putt, and Indian Shores coffee shop (great spot). All amenities for the beach, tennis/pickleball, and kitchen. Parking was convenient. Carts are available for grocery and luggage up the elevator. It was windy for a couple of nights, which made it a bit noisy with the old sliding doors. The condo faces north so we didn’t see the sunrise this time of year. The foam on the beds are quite thick, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. Overall, our stay was good and our family enjoyed our time in Indian Shores.

Great location with nice tennis and pickleball courts. Easy walk to the beach. Kitchen well stocked and pool was very nice.

The condo itself is located in an old building but the condo has been updated. One of the two elevators was out of service so accessing this 5th floor condo was sometimes frustrating as EVERYONE was using the only working elevator. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen however that's where the comforts stop. The owner is using old and stained towels for the bathrooms. The couch is as about as comfortable as a wood bench and the beds are cheap memory foam (Tempurpedic knock offs) that if you're over 150 pounds will make your back ache. The TV in the living room has a full line of dead pixels right down the middle of the screen and it is not a smart TV so you cannot access any streaming apps. The stand alone shower was built by a crooked eyed contractor as the door doesn't close properly because it was installed poorly. The shower also has no soap shelf or caddy so you'll have to dump all your shower gear on the shower floor. The AC unit was also improperly installed inside a closet that does not get adequate air intake. It causes the unit to struggle and makes a sucking noise. I recommend propping the door open with an object to allow the system to breathe. I'm pretty sure it's not up to code. The location is fantastic, the covered parking spot is great to have in the summer heat and the pool is small but clean. I recommend a visit to Salt Rock (5 minute walk south) for an upscale WONDERFUL meal. I will not be staying in this condo again and I do not recommend it.
