We spent 10 wonderful nights at Greg's condo, and it exceeded our expectations in every way! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.The location is perfect—just a one-minute walk to the beautiful beach, making it easy to come and go throughout the day. We also loved the pool, especially since it gets some shade in the afternoon.Greg has truly thought of everything. The condo was stocked with everything we needed for the beach, including a wagon, cooler, snorkels, goggles, and floats. The tennis rackets and balls were a fun bonus! Traveling with young children was easier thanks to the Pack 'n Play.The kitchen was one of the best-equipped we've had in a vacation rental, with plenty of cookware, dishes, utensils, and even spices for cooking meals. The beds were very comfortable, and the living and dining areas were much larger than most beach condos, giving our family plenty of room to spread out and relax.Greg was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and quick to answer any questions.If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, spacious condo in an unbeatable location with a host who truly cares about his guests, this is it. We highly recommend staying here and can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very clean, lovely, great location, well equipped with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, all kitchen equipment, plenty of space, well furnished. There were plenty of beach chairs, play equipment, beach umbrellas and a large wagon to cart it all around!! The condo is airy and bright, with lots of comfortable seating. The owner is helpful and easily reached if needed. The beach is beautiful, right across the street, and there is a nice pool with plenty of comfortable seating. There are lots of restaurants nearby and the Salt Rock Grill is next door! The laundry facility is large and easily accessible. Very well maintained property and grounds. Several very nice tennis and pickleball courts. We had a great time!

This was a great condo close to the beach. The condo was set up perfectly at the end of the hall on the second floor. The property owner, Greg, was very communicative and would respond quickly with any question we had. Would definitely recommend to others!
