Watch the Boats Go By and Dolphins Play! (Bldg. Construction-See Descpt.)

We stayed here for a week and upon arrival the code to the door didn’t work, so had to have that fixed. Everything was good till the next day when the air didn’t work and they got a Tec out and worked on it but still the air unit didn’t work once we got back to the condo that evening. One breaker in the breaker box was bad and mad the whole condo smell horrid so we had to let it air out. Luckily the condo had ceiling fans and we were able to open the patio doors and get a good air flow going. As for as the condo it’s a good condo and has everything you need. Comfortable beds, all your kitchen needs, has a wagon and beach stuff and coolers. All that came in handy and the beach is across the street so easy commute. They are working on the building so it was loud in the morning so didn’t have to set an alarm to get up then working work you up. Kids loved the pool and hot tub, and we were able to fish out back. Loved watching the boats come through all day. All and all it was a good stay outside the breaker box and air unit not wanting to work.

Everything was really clean and the layout was perfect. The condo was located in a great location close to Everything.

Second time staying at this property. A wonderful time

It was nicely decorated, clean, with a great location. Although it is not beach front, were able to easily cross the street for beach access. We utilized both the grills by the pool and the laundry facilities - both of which were convenient and well kept. We loved the quiet location with a short drive to both Clearwater and St. John’s Pass. We would definitely stay here again!
