Had an incredible stay! Was very comfortable for a family of 4 and it was great that it was on the same level as the laundry room. The couches were very comfortable and everything was in good condition. The guest mattresses were a bit uncomfortable for adults but would be perfect for kids. Overall was a great stay and very clean - would definitely rebook this spot in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and had everything we needed!! The short walk to the beach was amazing and the putt putt golf course next door was a great way to end our week there with a family game!! The beach was very clean and not crowded we went to the beach every day most days two or three times a day! The balcony had an awesome view of water with lots of boats to see!!

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was very clean.I was very happy with the location.I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:Condo was perfect for my family. It was nicely decorated, clean, with a great location. Although it is not beach front, were able to easily cross the street for beach access. We utilized both the grills by the pool and the laundry facilities - both of which were convenient and well kept. We loved the quiet location with a short drive to both Clearwater and St. John’s Pass. We would definitely stay here again!
