Take the Bay Shores Yacht & Tennis club elevator up to the 6th floor and enter your newly remodeled, 1050 square feet, 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo with a large private balcony that includes a new King memory foam mattress, Air conditioning / Heating (68-80 degrees). We also have a pack n play for the little ones. Enjoy sunrise to sunset panoramic water views. Building amenities include a heated pool and hot tub, outdoor grills and Tiki hut, lighted tennis and pickleball courts, 4 hole putting green, shuffleboard, picnic tables, fishing pier, first come boat docks, 8th floor Sun deck, 4th floor laundry, the Gulf white sand beach a 3-minute walk away!

The balcony overlooks the intercostal and the beach is a 5 minute walk. We had a great time!

This was a beautiful condo with everything you need. We especially appreciated the beach wagon with chairs, umbrella and towels. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. Excellent communication with the owners. Just an outstanding experience.
