Comfortable place, quiet, green in back; kitchen has has stove, two ovens, good knives and cast iron pans, plus the usual supplies; helpful starting supplies of soaps and tp etc; good location but near more commercial areas, tho short distance to greener spots west; near great beer garden.

The Eagle’s Nest was a cozy place to stay! The owner was very responsive when we had a question. The bed was also incredibly comfortable. The property was in a quiet location and a short drive from everything we wanted to do in Boulder.

It was a good location for us. We went to visit family and were in between some in Denver and others in Erie. A record snowfall of 22 inches fell the day we arrived. We arrived early hoping to get groceries and get in with them and our luggage before the messy weather but were told it wouldn’t be ready until 4pm. That was the contract but we told them we’d be early. Also, never heard from landlord after the 22” snowed us in.It was up to us to remove it. It was difficult for my 65 yr old husband and me to shovel ourselves out. If you watch tv you’re in trouble. Only one down stairs(nothing in either bdrm) and no cable. So,no live tv. You have to use your own apps to watch anything. The kitchen was well equipped but sometimes you have to run dishwasher more than once. The main bathroom was clean but could use an update. The bed was firm but my husband found the sofa more comfortable. The linens were nice and plentiful.
