Wonderful Hostess! Felt more like a bed-n-breakfast in a cabin in the mountains than a motel in the city. Beautiful creek just across the small road with a park, kids play equipment and a walking/bike path along the creek. Continental Breakfast was good with: boiled eggs, hot/cold cereal, raisen toast/bagels/eng.muff, packaged muffins/coffee cake, apples/bananas, coffee/tea, juices, and milk. Clean and comfortable rooms. A firepit outside.
There were a few cosmetic things in the room that need fixed, but did not take away from comfort and cleanliness.

Location is great! Walked to main town area every day, trails are close by. It’s a great corner of Boulder, which is why I choose it.
The location of the suite I booked-hideaway.
It’s a communal area right outside the door-hot tub and sitting area. Folks can smoke there-I would recommend another room
