Beautiful, well pointed, and great location. Our family had a wonderful stay. Kitchen has all kitchen ware needed to cook and enjoy the backyard scenery. Sitting down by the creek was therapeutic. Other than the family wedding activities we barely left the house. Played cards and games and just enjoyed the home. Would definitely go back. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Very family friendly home with lots of games and puzzles.

A spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, architecturally interesting, historically significant house, on a rushing creek, in a beautiful neighborhood near to downtown but quiet!

This home is beautiful and has everything you need for a great trip. It comfortably slept 7 adults. It has a completely stocked kitchen, tons of family games and backs up to the creek. Easily walkable to Pearl Street and CU campus. Highly recommend!!
