This beautifully appointed two-story home offers ocean views and is ideally located on 2nd Street in North Jax Beach, only steps from top-rated restaurants, vibrant bars, and the newly opened Margaritaville Hotel.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy sitting area on the lower level, featuring a TV and sleeper sofa – the perfect spot to unwind after a day in the sun. The ground floor also includes two inviting guest rooms: one with a queen bed and the other with a king, each with its own TV. These rooms share a bathroom and provide direct access to the private outdoor patio.
On the second floor, the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space is designed for modern beach living, with a full gourmet kitchen featuring a gas cooktop. Enjoy ocean views from the balcony off the living room, and take advantage of the convenient half bath on this level. The spacious primary bedroom suite, located at the back of the home, includes a king bed, TV, and an en-suite master bath with a large shower.
Outside, the paver patio offers plenty of seating and a grill for alfresco dining, making it easy to enjoy the beach breeze. The home also features a garage and is just steps away from the beach and the 6th Avenue North beach access, adjacent to Margaritaville. Super clean. Comfortable layout, comfy beds. The kitchen was well equipped. Very convenient location—tons of things easily walkable, including the beach. Great house!

Great place with an ocean view and only a block from the beach! Everything was set up as we arrived and it was very welcoming. Good coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance as well. The house itself is equipped with tvs in every room and all the beach stuff you could need. Chairs, towels, toys, lots. Great place!
