Bring the whole family to this amazing 4BR, 3.5BA beach house just 50 yards from the beach and 5 blocks from bars, restaurants, and Casa Marina. Lots of room to spread out in this home that is consistently rated FIVE STAR. Big, open, fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and large dining table. Spacious gathering room with an oversized couch and a 75-inch TV. Huge master suite with ocean views. Enjoy coffee or cocktails on one of the 2 ocean-view balconies. TV's in every bedroom. Outdoor shower. Two-car garage with beach chairs, toys, and beach cart. Must be 25 or older to rent.

- 2nd floor: Big, open, fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and large dining table; spacious gathering room with oversized couch, 75-inch TV, balcony with ocean view, and a half bath.
- 3rd floor: Large master suite with ocean views, private balcony with ocean view, full bath with shower room, and custom walk-in closet; Bunk room with full-over-full bunk bed, 1 single trundle bed, and a full bath.

We came for a wedding at Casa Marina and Margaritaville which were only 5 blocks away so this was a great location. The place is very clean and the beds are super comfortable. The beach outside our door was a plus! We would recommend this place!

First, Matt is the best communicator ever! If I messaged him, he messaged back so quickly. Secondly, when we walked into their home we rented, we were blown away!! It was as beautiful as the pictures and descriptions made it sound. And sooooo CLEAN! Lastly, we did not go without ANYTHING! It was the most well stocked home we have ever stayed in. Literally, they had everything you could think of that you “might” need and it made our stay AMAZING!!!

We had an incredible stay at this property! We enjoyed being so close to the beach and the Jax beach restaurants/bars. The home is in a safe location, is very clean, and perfect for a beach getaway. The home is organized, cozy, and spacious. There are 2 balconies with views of the beach! The host, Matt, is a great communicator and extremely accommodating. The check in and check out instructions were easy to follow. I highly recommend this property!
