The location alone rates 5 stars! Directly across the street from the beach access, with a gorgeous view of the water! The beach itself had very few people....we practically had it to ourselves. The townhouse is in the quietest part of Sunnyside with very little traffic. The management was terrific and check in was a breeze. The unit was darling, clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed, and more. The grill was conveniently located and perfect for grilling steaks. The balcony on the top floor with the amazing view was perfect for sunbathing.
There are a few things I would reccomend to the owners that would make stays even more enjoyable...the unit is in desperate need of lamps. And the lighting in the master bath is unacceptable, it is WAY too dim. Also, there needs to be chest of drawers in both bedrooms, and a TV in the second bedroom would be nice. Also, it would be nice to have a cabinet dedicated to groceries. But none of these things would keep us from renting this unit in the future. 😊
