The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops with stainless steel appliances and seating for four at the bar. The dining room has seating for eight at the table. The master bedroom is on the third floor and features a king sized bed with a private bathroom. The first guest bedroom is located on the second floor and features a king bed with a beautiful view of the Gulf. The second bedroom is located on the third floor and features a king bed with a private balcony to take in the sight of the emerald green waters. Great location! Non crowded beach! House pros: spacious, elevator, and great location. House Cons: rips/stains on living room couch, stains on dining room chairs, paint chipped cabinets in kitchen, all mattresses are hard and uncomfortable, stained carpet in bedrooms, loud & outdated stack washer/dryer, door locks are extremely hard to turn on balcony/porch doors, sagging blinds & some didn’t work, and the bunk beds on the 1st floor with 100 pound weight limit were pointless (odd location because what parents would allow small children to stay on the 1st floor alone…should be in the open space on the 3rd floor and put 2 double beds on the 1st floor). This house has so much potential, but definitely needs to be updated. All the stains and carpet creeped me out. The house was clean, but the stains, rips, and carpet made it feel so dirty. We literally put blankets over the couch and towels over the dinning room chairs. We will definitely stay in the same area next year, but not in this house.
