Caloosa Bayview is a unique, ideally located hidden gem that is conveniently located to everything you need including an international airport, shopping, hospitals, vibrant downtown, theaters, beaches, and several attractions in Fort Myers and the surrounding Gulf communities.
Nestled on 10.25 acres, this beautiful single-level, ranch-style, 1200-square foot villa offers 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The easy-to-navigate, spacious, and private layout makes it also suitable for 2 couples. The well-appointed master has a king-sized bed, en-suite with shower, and a spacious walk-in closet to store everything you need for your winter stay. The guest bedroom is located at the other end of the unit, providing maximum privacy. It is directly, across from the second full bathroom with tub, has two twin beds that easily converts to a king, and a very generous walk-in closet. The living and dining areas are well-furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay including cable, computer work station (provide your own laptop), WIFI, fully-equipped kitchen, and clothes washer and dryer. A spacious and comfortable lanai offers partial water views. Two private patios complete your outside living space.
But, you are not limited to 4-walls, in-unit living, and driving to beaches and attractions. The beautiful and lush Caloosa Bayview community offers additional recreation or rest, which ever you choose. Enjoy the health and club houses that are outfitted with a library, gym, pool, darts, WIFI, movies, and sauna. The club is located next to a large and very inviting pool. Tired of lazing by the pool or working out? Try your hand at tennis, bocce ball, or shoot some hoops (equipment available in the villa). Join the Thursday potluck or host your own private party at the rec (additional fee).

We enjoy the warm relaxing winter here in Fort Myers. Condo is comfortable. The owner is very helpful & easy to work with. Pool is nice. We hope to be back again.

This is a very nice two bedroom condo. We enjoyed the nice pool area. The owner is friendly and very easy to communicate with. The area has a lot of convivences that are easy to get to.
We were very pleased with our time there.

If you meet the owner, you will know that you made a good choice. She was very open and warm. She left food and general household items for our use while we were acclimating.
The neighborhood is in a convenient location and very safe. The view from the lanai was very peaceful. I spent quite a lot of my downtime there. We rate the condo between 4.5 and 4.75 on a scale of 1-5, 5 being top. It didn't get a 5 rating because we are used to our place. We would rent there again.
