About this apartment rental
Beautifully decorated cozy 2/2 condo in South Fort Myers area ! Only 15 min away from Sanibel and Fort Myers beaches! Excellent location with library near by ( walking distance) , grocery stores, restaurants, Lakes park and more. Condo located on a second floor in a small quite community with its own pool and tennis court. Beautiful condo with hard wood floors in the living and kitchen areas, carpet in bedrooms and tile in bathrooms. Large size lanai with nice beautiful view! This property is only available for renting Monthly! Association requires every renter to fill out an application. Fee is $150 and background check $75. Our host was very responsive to the couple of questions we had, including arranging for a filled propane grill tank. The unit was nice, comfortable and fairly well supplied. We needed to buy a few items... including measuring spoons/cups, tongs, and hangers, (there were only a couple). We also bought a bath mat for the master shower since the floor tiles were pretty slippery. The master bath could use an update. Another minor issue was the linen and bedroom closets still had lots of owner property in them, leaving little room to store our suitcases, etc. And there was a large box (Christmas tree), stored on the lanai. Furniture was comfortable. Master King bed was very soft... not so comfortable for my wife. Neighborhood seemed nice and safe. Other occupants were very personable, and the owner association hosted a pizza social evening in the clubhouse one night. Modest sized pool was very nice to visit most every afternoon with enough lounges, chairs and table/umbrellas. Location is fairly central to allow easy access to Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach, Cape Coral, downtown FM and areas to the east. Lots of traffic in March can't be avoided. We would certainly consider renting here again. Thank you Elvira!
