Lakewood Village is one of the newer gated communities in the neigborhood. It is tucked away in a super convenient location in South Fort Myers and walking distance to beautiful Lakes Park. This gated community was built during 2004/2005 and has great access to the beaches and all the entertainment Fort Myers has to offer.

Had a couple of minor issues upon arrival.These were addressed immediately by Keely and Neil. Great work, couldn’t ask for better service.All 3 bedrooms are well furnished with new, comfortable queen beds. The living/kitchen area requires some upgrading but it’s certainly functional and well equipped.The location is excellent,very quiet, secure, with easy access to everything Fort Myers has to offer.I definitely recommend this property.

Had some issues with garage clicker and mailbox key.
- Kitchen not well equiped
- TV's so small, you had troubles watching. No HD. Owner should definately replace all of them.
- Community pool is perfect
