About this apartment rental

Relax with morning coffee on the lanai with the warmth of the Florida sunshine!! Enjoy an afternoon swim in one of the two heated pools. Great restaurants, entertainment and beaches near by!! Gated community. Must be approved by association prior to stay. Additional deposit due to association(refundable with no issues) $100 gate entry sticker.
