we were there in April for vacation. We found the house had everything we needed, kitchen appliances were like new and had all utensils needed. The location was very good, many restaurants nearby and a short drive to the Sanibel beaches. We were most happy with the pool as we are northerners and welcomed the refreshing swims. loved the en-suite bedroom as well. The house was clean and well stocked. We would not hesitate to rent it out again.

My husband, small dog, and I stayed at this house for about 11 days, end of January into February. The house is well stocked and has plenty of kitchen items, towels, washer/dryer, etc. Beds were comfortable. Everything was in working order. Neighborhood is safe. The best part: the POOL! It was absolutely delightful, and we spent every day in it even though the temps on some days dipped into the 60s in the afternoon. (The pool is heated.) Another plus: The host was very responsive and answered any questions we had within minutes. Would definitely stay there again.

It’s hard to review since they just had the hurricane. The yard was messy and a neighbor’s house has an expletive written on the window but the house worked for our needs. Bed was comfy and kitchen was well stocked.

Clean and friendly! As it says in the listing, it’s not a modern home but very comfortable. Would stay there again!! Great communication and easy to get around.
