The condo is located in Greengate, a small community in South Fort Myers between US 41 and Mc. Gregor Blvd. Close to the area's best attractions, shopping (e.g. Bell Tower Shops, Costco, Target), dining, entertainment (e.g. Barbara Mann Theater), sports (Golf, watersports, fishing), medical and business offices. Southwest Florida International Airport and Beaches are 15-20 Min. away.
1st floor. Bright and airy with nice sized rooms. Screened lanai to landscape, access from both the master bedroom and living room and pass through from the kitchen. Living/dining room with breakfast bar, TV flatscreens. High speed Internet (WiFi).

Heated Pool, Tennis courts.
The sidewalks provide excellent walking trails for miles throughout the area.
Lakes Park is a 279-acre public park located along Gladiolus Drive, just minutes away.
The city bus line stops at the next house and provides a convenient and inexpensive connection with the trolley to Fort Myers Beach.

Great stay and location, host was extremely attentive to any needs. Easy to communicate with and also had a tenant on site if needed. Condo was fully equipped with everything I would need. Great location near all th major league spring training facilities. Would definitely stay there again

Our host made checking in a breeze. We found the condo to be extremely clean and beautiful. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen had anything you might need for family meals at home.
The condo looked exactly like the photos. We would stay here again.

This condo is beautiful, very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated.
The bed in the Master was really comfortable.
I wish I could be as positive with the grounds. I was disappointed that the pool had caution tape all around it and although it is pictured in the listing, it was not available.
The owner allowed us to rent an extra day, because our flight was canceled due to flooding. He also responded promptly to any email and left plenty of information that we would need to know
