ENJOY THE RESORT STYLE AMENITIES in this Fully equipped, beautiful light and bright, 2nd floor walk up, End Unit 2 Bed/2 Bath + balcony with Lake views & a close parking space. This is a newer Florida condo featuring a split floor plan, vaulted ceilings & almost 1300 Sq Ft of living area with an eat-in kitchen, & full size dining as well as full size laundry and W&D. The community of Parker Lakes has a large resort style pool/spa, separate lap pools, clubhouse, fitness room, tennis, kids play zone, BBQ areas, pickle ball & basketball & designated fishing lakes! Very close to Sanibel & Captiva Islands, Ft. Myers Beach, shopping, restaurants, entertainment as well as the 279 acres Lakes Community park, Lee counties main library and Health Park Hospital.
EVERYTHING you need is available including: Games, bicycles, beach chairs, umbrella, fishing poles and more!

You will find a nice BBQ in the grill area in the center common area right out front.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen ware, stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, toaster & coffeemaker.
This rental has a dining table for 4+ a smaller dinette and bar where you can enjoy your home made meals & drinks either indoors or outdoors.
BEDDING
Both of the bedrooms are equipped with queen size-beds with medium soft high-value mattresses and offer full size closets for your luggage and for clothing. The living room has a large sofa and relaxing chair and massage chair.
BATHS
The two baths have a shower, a toilet and a vanity. The master has a full size walkin closet.
We supply a hair dryer, two shower-towels per guest and a small start-supply of toilet paper and hand soap. Sorry, no other towels or wash clothes. It is reflected in the lower cleaning fee compared to similar rentals. Please bring those items with you or purchase them locally at Publix or Walmart while you're buying your first groceries.
AIR-CONDITIONING
The living area has a central air conditioning system with pre-programmed digital controller
WASHER AND DRYER
Yes, you have a full size indoor washer and dryer INSIDE the unit. Please bring your own laundry detergent and softener. There are often left-overs from the prior guests but please don't count on it.
BICYCLES
Other as in the neighbor city Cape Coral we have here in South Fort Myers and Iona plenty bicycle trails running mostly parallel to most of the major roads. I supply basic used bicycles for free because they are very useful to get you to the next beach and to explore the area. If you need helmets or locks then please bring your own as I don't supply those. The bicycles are stored on the porch.
HOUSE, GARDEN, HOT-TUB/WHIRLPOOL
The home is located in a private resort style community, away from all the traffic of main roads but central to everything within 5 minutes.

Location was good and amenities were perfect. We used the fitness center, pool and pickle ball courts. We would definitely stay there again!

Peggy is such a great host. No issues with the property but any questions we had she was quick to respond. The place is spacious and literally has everything you need! The community is quiet and friendly and it’s a great place to go for walks and talk with your neighbors. Definitely look forward to staying at Peggy’s again for some more top of line hospitality!
