Beautiful beach house with lots of light via skylights.Comfy beds. Lovely bathrooms. Wonderful appliances! Washer and dryer in garage, along with all necessities you'll want for a beach day! The outdoor space is completely fenced, which was great for our little dog. Several different seating areas around the outside of house and at night with the lights on the space becomes magical!!!We spent last week here on spring break with our twin teen granddaughters and dog. We enjoyed every minute and wish we could have stayed longer.We highly recommend this cottage for your Del Mar beach getaway!The Lalliers

This was a family gathering, 3 generations who traveled coast to coast. The proximity and access to the beach exceeded our expectation. The house is extremely comfortable, well equipped. The beds are super comfortable. And the patio added to the atmosphere. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation that pleased everybody.

2 teenage boys and 3 adults for a quick weekend visit to DelMar for a lacrosse tournament. Place had everything needed to cook a big meal, beds were comfy and everything was very clean. 3 rd room had two sets of bunks which were a bit small for our big boys but they are teenagers and can sleep anywhere -would be great for little ones. Bathrooms are a bit dated but spotless and plenty big to accommodate the 5 of us. Coffeemaker didn’t work on the first day which was a bummer but Tyler had another one shipped to us by that evening. Great experience. Would return if I was in the area.

I chaperoned 6 teenage girls for a sweet 16 birthday and this place had the ideal layout and location. Kitchen was well-stocked with lots of platters and bowls for serving the group, seating aplenty. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet. A couple technical issues were sorted out quickly with management company. This was a staycation for us and I will highly recommend it to any visitors who come into town. The location was simply amazing.

Positives: Great location - within walking distance to the beach. The set-up is great with the firepit. Open floorplan in kitchen and living room. Four adults were able to fit on the bunk beds. Biggest Issue: However, after a long drive of 5 hours, we arrived without an access code even after 3 hours after check-in time. After an hour and a half of waiting, calling, texting, and emailing VRBO and the primary contact, we finally received the access code. At check-out time, the code provided to input the key, was expired and we needed to wait for another code.

Wonderful place that was fully stocked with everything one needs for a week long stay. It was only steps from the beach and a short walk to several parks that overlook the ocean which was fantastic. We loved how dog friendly Del Mar was. And finally not far from San Diego as we drove in most days while we were there to see all the sights San Diego has to offer. We had a great time and highly recommend this place.

Great house - super clean and well stocked as if you are in your own home. Beds are very comfortable. Shower was hot and very clean. TV with YoutubeTV and full apps. Location is ideal if you like Del Mar - less than a minute to the ocean and Jake's. Park your car and spend the week walking. Location is very safe and well lit with plenty of outdoor seating too. It doesn't get better than this. 5 stars!

The house had everything we needed. The fenced in yard was great for enjoying the yard and the girls could be outside more. Great location - 100 steps to the beach. We loved the neighborhood - walking distance to two great restaurants and daily walks on the beach. My favorite of our winter rentals!!
