This was a Family trip for the Holidays and this home was perfect for family.
The location was easily accessible to everything.
The home layout was good for several people, spacious and offered everything you needed.
The property was clean!! Added bonus----2 dishwashers, came in handy for breakfast and dinner with a large party.
Would rent again!!!!!

What an amazing house! Think Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn and a cool Ikea vibe. We had six people. And we had plenty of room. The bedrooms are huge! There is also lots of parking! It is just a short drive to the beach! And you are on the golf course. Back porch is fabulous! With our rental, we received a package for beach rental equipment as well. It worked out great! They dropped off and picked up the equipment! Cannot say enough nice things about this house. And Peace Properties gives you plenty of towels! A++++++

The home was a breeze to check in and everything was exactly as advertised. Great floor plan, spacious kitchen and a nice back screened deck as well. I plan to stay here again soon.

I planned a golf trip for 8 adult golfers and this property was exactly what we needed. The 4-bedroom & 4-bathroom property provided ample room for everyone to unwind. And the enclosed backyard porch provided a wonderful space for everyone to gather around to lament a bad round or celebrate a good one. I highly recommend this property on Litchfield CC to anyone visiting Pawleys Island.
