About this house rental
Come and stay at one of the original Litchfield Country Club cottages, located in the heart of LCC golf course (Pawleys Island’s first golf course opened in 1966), next to the driving range and across from the country club. This spacious home can sleep up to 12 guests, with plenty of interior living space and four primary bedrooms, each bedroom with its own bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities. There is a 75" Amazon + Roku smart TV in the living room and 55" Amazon + Roku smart TVs in each bedroom. Outdoor space includes a screened porch area in the front of the house and a patio with a grill and firepit out back. Kickback and relax at your home away from home, or get out and enjoy everything Pawleys Island and the surrounding area has to offer.
Bed linens, bath towels, starter paper products and toiletries are included.

The home was tastefully decorated and an unbelievable amount of supplies. They thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Excellent communication. In the middle of a bunch of golf courses. Right next to a driving range. Great setup for a foursome golf group. We had four couples and the four bedrooms with en suites worked out perfectly.

Absolutely incredible property! Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully updated, and tastefully decorated throughout. Very comfortable, like our home away from home. And it was convenient to some great golf courses. The property was exceptionally well stocked with everything we could possibly need, including kitchen essentials, bathroom toiletries, snacks, water, and many thoughtful extras. The owners were fantastic—very responsive, quick to answer all of my questions, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed, and hassle-free stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic house; extremely well equipped, nice touches like a large welcoming basket of snacks and a case of water in the fridge, wood for the fire pit. Bedrooms all roomy, full baths, with extra toothbrushes, plenty of shampoo and soap, lots of towels. All light switches clearly labeled so no fumbling around. A truly outstanding property.
