Lucky 13 Pet Friendly- This delightful home is situated on the quiet Summertime Lane in North Litchfield, tucked back off of the main road allowing for maximum relaxation and quiet summer breezes. Enjoy the screened porch and rockers along with quick and easy 5-minute walk to the beach. This home features a recently updated kitchen and newly remodeled bathroom with double vanities and a large walk-in shower. Great access to the bike path that extends on a shaded path through the woods of Huntington Beach State Park to Murrells Inlet.
Very nice sundeck, screened porch with rockers. Cable TV, DVD, Wireless Internet, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, Ceiling Fan, High Chair, Charcoal Grill, Central AC/Heat, Enclosed Outside Shower, Covered Parking, No Smoking.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.
Dog Friendly with additional pet rent.
Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.
No Smoking.
CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.

The location was wonderful. Really only 2 short blocks from the beach. We had some issues with the house and the management team was very responsive to our needs. However, it did disrupt our stay and beach time on two of the days. The home had everything we needed.

Nice house which looks to have been recently remodeled. Great location in the trees a few walking blocks from a great beach. Very comfortable home and location with great porches for our dog.

We had a family reunion and my son proposed to his girlfriend on the beach.
It was a wonderful time ,
The house was perfect especially the screened porch
We’re from Chicago and we don’t like bugs We had 2 grandmothers with us in there mid to late 80’s
And they had a lovely stay.
