The Space:
The sun shines effortlessly on this Pawleys Island home! Spacious enough for your entire family or friend group, this home boasts amazing amenities both inside and outside.
After spending a day in the sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading for the open-concept interior. Warm wood finishes, comfortable furnishings, a Smart TV, and tasteful artwork make up the living room. Steps from here, the full kitchen is any chef's delight with its granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, center island, and nifty gadgets like a Keurig. Off the kitchen, you will have access to a washer/dryer.
No one's comfort goes unattended to in each of the bedrooms, complete with private TVs, soft linens, and central air.
Back outside, enjoy marvelous sunset views from the wrap-around balcony and rooftop deck. Al fresco meals can be enjoyed under the warm glow of the twinkle lights, and reading sessions can be conducted in the hammock. A tennis court and pool are available just steps from your stay. When calling the front gate about check in they were clueless about what the instructions told us to do. Luckily another family member happened to be staying on property who had our same last name so we got in that way, but calling the front gate at Litchfield they are confused about guests who aren’t booked through them..

34 Compass Ct is a comfortable house within walking distance to the beach. Only three bedrooms but lots of beds! It could sleep 12 but handled our 6 with plenty of room. The living and eating area is very big and useable. The kitchen was fine. It could use some wine glasses! But, we cooked a large dinner with no problems.Our favorite part of the house was the porch. It is large, private and overlooks a fountain.The only downside was that the gas firepit would not start and there was no hammock. We did not use the pool but it is a small community pool (probably shared by ten houses?) that looked very nice. The house is an older home with some wear and tear-some stains on carpet and on furniture. Some outside repairs needed. There were no beach chairs available or beach towels. But, overall it was perfect for our family and I would rent it again. We had no negative issues with the management company, Vacasa.

We really loved the location and the layout of the house. Having the screen porch was amazing with our 2year old. I only wish the hammock had been out for us to lounge and nap in.

Never received bands for entry into pool we paid for even after several calls and texts.Refrigerator had food stuck on shelves, clear Keurig reservoir still had water in it. Had to be cleaned. Kitchen cabinets had coffee stains dripping down.Master Bed had no bottom sheet. Upstairs bed had sand between sheets. Upstairs tub was dirty.Location of home was great for beach access. Except for cleaning issues home was nice.
