It was exactly as stated in the listing the staff was so helpful at the Marina. We def will stay here again. The place is so cute loved it.

Had a great weekend. The only slight negative was how shallow it was at the dock. Don't think that you could dock anything other than a flat bottom Bass Boat. It was only around 3' deep at the very end of dock. could not float in the water just had to wade in the muddy bottom.

Well taken care off. Owner cared about his property & maintanes it. Small but nice dock with a swim area.
Rent a gulf cart if you stay here. Almost everyone has one to get back & forth from dock (short distance) & Restaraunt.
We loved this house!!!! Will stay here again.
