About this house rental

This beautiful home offers deep water dock which is great for swimming and fishing. It is within walking distance from the Virginia Dare Marina where you can eat lake side at the Portside Bar and grill or go out for a sightseeing dinner cruise. Only 10 minutes to major a grocery store and State Park. Mile marker R21 allows you to get to the Dam or the bridge within minutes. There are several restaurants that are within a ten minute drive by car or boat. Very quiet neighborhood great for walking.

Great house! The property and lake access are awesome. Kitchen was great, everything worked well - appliances, lights, grill, etc. which can sometimes be a hassle in rental properties. It was convenient to feed a group of 7 at the lovely dining table and outside areas. The house could use some furniture upgrades in the sun/family room, but the sunset view was spectacular. House could use some TLC outside as well, mostly just an "after-winter" effort. Renting a boat that we could dock at the house was so convenient and fun. Many thanks for a great Easter weekend!
