About this house rental
In the countryside, in a quiet area surrounded by nature, we offer two fully furnished apartments equipped with every comfort. Perfect for families, groups of friends, or couples looking for a relaxing and peaceful vacation. Enjoy year-round stays in close contact with nature, surrounded by changing colors and the rhythm of the seasons.
The apartments feature a spacious veranda equipped for outdoor living and enjoying summer evenings, with views of the property and the granite mountains of the Sette Fratelli Natural Park.
The property is fully fenced and covers an area of 1 hectare, featuring a swimming pool and its relaxation area, a vegetable garden, an orchard, and a chicken coop. All produce, vegetables, and fruit are available to our guests.
All necessary amenities: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fan, safe, satellite TV, fridge/freezer, linens, towels (including beach towels), umbrellas, bicycles, covered parking, high chair and extra crib available for children, etc.
Two-story apartment (1K):
- On the first floor, a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom with a whirlpool tub. A sofa bed and two additional beds (for children).
- On the first floor, a spacious open-concept bedroom (30 m²) and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
For a total of 4 beds + 2 children’s beds upon request.
Two-story apartment (2K)
- On the first floor, a spacious living room with a kitchenette and a guest bathroom (with a sofa bed).
- On the first floor, two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Sleeps a total of 4 + 2 on the sofa bed letto.La The pool is available to guests staying at the property as well as to us, the owners.
We live on-site in a separate apartment. Pets are welcome, and there are already many animals on the property: chickens, cats, and a small dog.
Located at the foot of the Sette Fratelli Mountains, just a few minutes from enchanting coastlines, beaches, and natural marine parks. In addition to the beautiful coastlines, you can go hiking or take day trips to the nature parks.
The beaches with white sand and crystal-clear waters are nearby:
The nearest beach, Cala Sinzia, is 6 km away.
Just 2 km away, you can visit the Museum of the Old Prisons, a former penal colony.
A 15-minute drive from Villasimius, a renowned tourist destination, and 10 minutes from Costa Rei, a famous seaside resort.
The Sette Fratelli Forest Park is accessible via hiking trails.
All amenities are nearby and within easy reach: bars, supermarkets, a pharmacy, restaurants, ATMs, an urgent care clinic, as well as tennis courts, horseback riding, and skydiving. There are opportunities for rubber boat excursions to the Cavoli and Serpentara Islands (natural parks).
We can provide a transfer service to and from the Cagliari-Elmas Airport.

Beautiful and comfortable place with amazing owners. We spent 2 weeks by Daniele and Claudine and enjoyed every hour. They are genuinely kind and very helpful. Our apartment was the middle one. They are in the one on the left side, and other tenants in the one on the right side. We had all the privacy we wanted but could always ask for whatever we needed.
They think about and provide so many things, like beach towels, fridge for the beach, umbrella. Even vacuum cleaner and washing gear for the car.
The pool is great, there is possibility to enjoy the sun and the shade.
2 supermarkets, fish store, meat store, pharmacy, post, bank are 5-10 min drive away. There are various restaurants nearby.
Costa Rei beaches are all some 10-15 min drive away. Our favorite was Spiaggia di Santa Giusta, close second Cala Pira.

We stayed at Daniele and Claudines place at the end of September for ten days and had a brilliant time. The property is amazing, well built, large rooms, good facilities and everything you could need for a self catering break. Claudine and Daniele made us feel extremely welcome, bringing us local produce - fruit, eggs, jam and wine and even making us lunch items and buying fish for our bbq. We felt like honoured guests! This is one of the best holidays we have had and will certainly be back.

We stayed at Claudine's and Daniele's lovely gite in Castiadas the first week in June. We stayed with our boys who are 3 and 7. The gite is very well equipped and very comfortable. We loved the outside area with tables, chairs and sun loungers looking out onto the gardens. Our boys had a fantastic time, so much space to run around, they loved the swimming pool, which has a lovely setting surrounded by olive trees. Claudine and Daniele were very hospitable, they provided toys for our boys and a parasol/coolbag etc for the beach. Nothing was too much trouble. They also offered us some very nice foods, such as homemade marmalade, fresh fruit from the garden and fresh pastries for breakfast. The area is lovely, the countryside and mountains are beautiful. Costa Rei and Villasimius are easy to reach. We much preferred the town of Villasimius. There are plenty of stunning beaches within a 10-20 minute drive. We also had some really good meals out in the local area. Thank you Claudine and Daniele, we had a great holiday, we will definitely be back.
