The welcoming country house "Villa Giulia Grande", a semi-detached villa divided into two residential units, is located between Castiadas and Costa Rei and promises you peaceful and relaxing holidays in the picturesque landscape of south-eastern Sardinia, just a short distance from beautiful beaches. The 90 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one of which has 2 additional single bunk beds) and a bathroom, accommodating up to 8 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, washing machine, air conditioning, fans, and television. You can start your day with a coffee on the first-floor sun terrace, enjoying a splendid view of the landscape and mountains. The private outdoor area on the ground floor offers a garden, a covered terrace with dining table, and a stone barbecue for pleasant outdoor dinners, as well as a small external bathroom with shower for when you return from the sea. Just 5 minutes by car (4 km) you will find supermarkets, a farmers' market, a pharmacy, and several restaurants. In 10 minutes by car (9.5 km) you can reach the sandy beaches of Costa Rei with crystal-clear waters. Other scenic beaches are located along the coast of the Villasimius peninsula and at Cala Caterina, about 25 minutes by car (20 km) south of the property. The hilly landscape of the region is also ideal for hiking or cycling, while the lively city of Cagliari is about 55 minutes by car (55 km) and the international airport is about 60 minutes by car (60 km).
