Villa 100 meters from the ocean

The stone villa at the Sant’Elmo Residences, between Costa Rei and Villasimius, is a beautiful property built in natural granite, just 100 metres from the beach.

The house is divided into two main areas: a living area and a sleeping area, separated by a central patio leading to a private garden with a barbecue, hammock and outdoor shower.

The living area features a separate kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed, and a guest bathroom with a washing machine.

### The space

The villa is located in an exclusive holiday residence close to some of the most beautiful beaches along the coast, just a few kilometres from the villages of Villasimius (12 km) and Costa Rei (5 km).

For guests who prefer not to use a car, the residence offers a supermarket, open from June to October, a café/bar, a restaurant-pizzeria and several tennis courts.

### Guest access

Sant’Elmo is a private and secure holiday village. Each villa has an assigned parking space in the private car park located in the upper part of the village.

The separation between the parking area and the villas means there is no constant vehicle traffic, ensuring a peaceful and quiet environment for guests.

Cars can, however, access the villa for loading and unloading luggage at the beginning and end of the stay.
