About this house rental

A comfortable, recently renovated villa in the center of Costa Rei, just 50 meters from the sea, featuring three bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and another bathroom with a toilet and sink accessible from one of the bedrooms, a double veranda, a garden on three sides with a convenient barbecue, a spacious living room with sofas and armchairs, and an extremely functional kitchen equipped with an electric oven, microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster, blender, washing machine, dishwasher, and a pod-style coffee maker.
The house is equipped with a smart TV and unlimited internet; air conditioning is available in all rooms (except for the small room with the bunk beds).
Everything is just a few dozen steps away: the beach, shops, nightclubs and restaurants, supermarkets and a pharmacy, and a playground for children.
Once you arrive, you can forget about the car.

The house is very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed including beach towels, kitchen tools etc. The location is also very good - beach, restaurants and supermarkets are within the reach of the arm. Marta is a very friendly and helpful host. All problems are solved in the blink of an eye. Marta also arranged transfers from and to the airport (including baby car seat) for a very competitive price and solved for us a big problem - our plane landed in the middle of the night so it was impossible to pick up a car at the car rental points.

We had a fantastic holiday in Sardinia.Not only because we still had summer temperatures in the of October but also we felt very comfortable in this house. There is a cozy dining / living room with fireplace and three bedrooms. The bathroom is very new and the small kitchen has everything we needed. The house is an end unit townhouse with a small but sufficient garden and terraces on both sides of the house. The front terrace is very large and offers many seating facilities. In short the house was in absolutly perfect condition. The location is also excellent. Only a few meters to the long sandy beach and the turquoise sea, a few meters to the supermarket, bar or restaurant. An additional plus for families with small children: a high chair and a travel cot is also available! AND: Marta is a super friendly and uncomplicated landlady. Thank you Marta for a perfect stay!
