About this apartment rental
This beautifully renovated villa has been fully updated from the walls in, including brand new HVAC systems, creating a modern and luxurious coastal retreat. The kitchen is truly a standout, featuring fully custom cabinetry, GE stainless steel appliances, and elegant leathered quartzite countertops. A unique feature of this villa is the removal of an entire kitchen wall section, creating an open layout with bar seating for four. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats eight, making it perfect for gatherings.
The living area is thoughtfully designed with a beach contemporary theme, complete with a 58" HD Smart TV and sliding doors that lead to a private deck overlooking the scenic Palmetto Dunes 11-mile lagoon system. Just off the kitchen is a full-size laundry room and a small office that doubles as a half bedroom, equipped with a daybed and HD Smart TV. Also on the first floor is a guest bedroom with two Queen beds, a 55" HD Smart TV and a guest bathroom that includes a granite vanity and a tiled tub and shower combination.
Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms. On the right is another guest bedroom with two Queen beds, a 55" HD Smart TV and a beautiful en-suite bathroom featuring a granite vanity and a walk-in shower. Straight ahead is the spacious Primary suite, offering a king bed, 55" HD Smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with a granite double vanity and a tiled walk-in shower.
The private deck offers serene lagoon views and is outfitted with a dining set. The beach is just a 12-minute walk or a 2-minute bike ride away, with convenient parking located next to the Disney Beach Resort. A complimentary seasonal Palmetto Dunes Buggy shuttle is also available for added convenience. Tennis and pickleball courts are a short stroll or quick ride from the villa.

Perfect size for 2 couples especially since we needed 3 bedrooms. Had very well stocked kitchen. Pretty good location. Next time would want something a little closer to the beach.

Overall a great house. Kitchen well equipped excepting tons of very dull knives and no stemless wine glasses both of which we easily purchased nearby. Mostly very clean but some attention was needed to remove fingerprints from walls, light switches and doors. Great gator viewing from back deck!
