About this villa rental
Updates abound in this totally updated four bedroom villa located on Palmetto Dunes' George Fazio Golf Course! Updates include all-new living room and dining room furniture, kitchen appliances and quartz countertops in the kitchen.
Luxury vinyl plank flooring has been added throughout! In addition to a fresh coat of paint, all three bathrooms have been updated as well!
There are two Primary Suites, one downstairs and one upstairs. Each Primary Suite comes with its own en-suite bathroom! The downstairs bathroom is nicely updated with a granite vanity and updated shower. The upstairs Primary bathroom is also updated with its granite vanity and newly designed custom-tile shower. Two guest bedrooms are located upstairs with a Jack and Jill bathroom between them. The two upstairs guest bedrooms contain two twin beds in each room that can be easily converted into a king bed, just ask your vacation planner! The Jack and Jill bathroom is very nice with its newly updated tile tub and shower combination and granite vanity.
Outside on your large private deck you'll enjoy your large dining table as well as lounging options. Enjoy a nice meal with amazing views of the George Fazio Championship Golf Course!
Outdoor grills are not permitted. The neighborhood does not have a community grill.

Villa was very nice. The two twin rooms were small and sharing a bathroom with that many people was problematic - so the layout wasn't great upstairs. Bathroom fan doesn't work, and no hair dryers or kettle on the property. Property management company did not respond to repeated requests to fix this.Palmetto Dunes is extremely quiet. Everything shuts down by 9pm. The property is VERY dark at night, I'm told that is due to the turtles, but because of that it is dangerous for women vacationing on their own. We did not feel safe walking the property at night. During the day it was great.We went for Tennis. This is no longer a tennis resort. It is a pickelball resort. 100 pickelballers showed up for the 2 times per day round robins. 12 tennis players show up each day for the 1 tennis round robin. That should give you a sense.Overall, the villa was lovely (except for the bathroom situation), the beach was lovely, the tennis and pickelball facilities were very good. Not likely to return as we really want a well lit tennis resort.

This particular villa had plenty of space for everyone and was in a great location to the beach, Shelter Cove, General Store,etc..
We have rented at PD many many times and did, however, find this particular unit not as well equipped as others. There was absolutely No cleaning supplies at all. Nothing to wipe down counters, etc.. Usually there is always at least a bottle of cleaning spray under the sink.
On the deck, there was a very small charcoal grill. Every other unit we have ever rented has had a gas grill.
The unit was clean when we arrived, but the carpets were soaking wet. There were no beach chairs, umbrella or bike rentals. Most other units have at least provided a couple beach chairs.
The decor was dated but in good shape.
We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again, but have had stayed in other units which were a little better equipped and updated. All in all, we had a wonderful trip.
