This spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5 bath home is an easy stroll to the beach and centrally located for a walk to the General Store, Tennis & Pickleball Center, or two of PD’s championship golf courses. Relax and listen to the waterfall at the private pool in the backyard.
Each bedroom has its own en-suite full bathroom.
• Downstairs Master Bedroom – king bed (luxury adjustable base mattress), en-suite full bath, new Samsung Smart TV and cable, walk-in closet, rollaway twin bed
• Second Master Bedroom – king bed, en-suite full bath, TV and cable, walk-in closet, rollaway twin bed
• Third Bedroom – king bed, en-suite full bath, TV and cable (via Roku)
• Fourth Bedroom – three twin beds (including one trundle), en suite full bath
*Rollaway twin bed located in both master bedrooms for additional sleeping capacity (stored in closets)

- Quick walk to the private, clean Palmetto Dunes beaches. A 5-10 minute walk over the lagoon bridge (the lagoon bridge doesn’t show up on a road map - reference listing photo for the walkway map). 3 minute bike ride to multiple entry points
- Open concept, sun-drenched first floor with new Sony Smart TV and premium cable package
- New furnishings throughout
- Peaceful back deck, great for a morning coffee/ book or watching the pool fun
- Garage for beach gear storage - beach chairs (4), and wagon included

Two gate passes are included (PD increased gate pass fees starting Oct '24, so rather than increase fees for all parties, gate passes beyond the avg car parking will be passed on as needed). Additional gate passes will be charged at the gate, or can be pre-paid as an extra charge.

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our needs we used all of the amenities but the kids absolutely loved the pool. We rode our bikes to the beach, made many trips to the General Store for ice cream, and even played a round of golf! They enjoyed ping pong and our 4 year old “won” every game of basketball. We had a small glitch with parking passes upon arrival. I called Danny and it was resolved literally in 2 minutes! He checked-in mid-week to make sure we were comfortable and had no needs. I appreciate his efforts to make sure our stay was perfect.

Perfect home for a family. The bedrooms are large and the kitchen was well stocked with new cookware and plenty of dishes. The pool was our favorite part. Very private and beautiful. The host was quick to reply to our questions. Would highly recommend this location.

We had a fantastic stay with our extended family! The home comfortably accommodated our large group, and the private pool was a wonderful bonus after easy trips to the nearby beach. Danny was incredibly attentive and responsive to every question, which made a huge difference. While a few minor touch-ups around the house could use attention, it didn't impact our experience. We would happily return and recommend this property to other families!

Danny is a great host- very responsive and helpful with any question we had. Went above and beyond! The pool heat kept the pool nice and warm for my kids to enjoy in different temperatures and the pool company came out numerous times to keep it clean. The location was nice because we were able to have an easy walk/bike ride to the beach or the general store/pickleball courts. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is that the home and pool area could use some updates/repairs. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here!
