About this villa rental
This large three bedroom and three bathroom villa overlooks the pool and is seconds from the beach!
Upon entering the home there are two bedrooms on the first floor. The left bedroom features two Queen-sized beds and an en-suite bathroom with tub and shower combination. The right side bedroom also features two Queen-sized beds and en-suite bathroom with tub and shower combination. Both of these bedrooms have sliders to outdoor patios which overlook the pool area! The spiral staircase takes you to the middle floor where the living room, dining and kitchen areas are located. The living room features comfortable leather furniture and a flat screen TV. The kitchen comes fully equipped to meet your family's cooking needs, with granite countertops. The dining area has seating for six. This middle has a slider to a very large balcony which extends the length of the villa and overlooks the pool area. There is a full third bathroom on this level with a tub and shower combination. The Spiral staircase takes you up one more level to the Master bedroom with King bed.
The beach, pool and Dunes House oceanfront bar and grill are just seconds away from this beautiful villa!

This was our 6th trip to Palmetto Dunes and it didn’t disappoint. We love to stay by The Dunes House for easy access to the resort and beach. Make sure to walk to Coco’s - best beach bar anywhere.

Perfect location to all three courses and right next to the Dunes House. Walk to the beach and General store. Comfortably slept all guests and management's was quick to respond to any needs.

Condo was in a great location relative to the beach. The place itself was dated and in need of some refreshing. Main floor toilet was not flushing properly, had to call maitenance for HVAC issue on first floor. No hanging space, nor much storage space for clothes in loft area, which was a challenge to go up and down on.
