About this villa rental
You're going to love the many updates to this spacious 4 bedroom 3 Bathroom Fazio villa! The entire first floor features new flooring throughout, giving the home a fresh and modern feel. The kitchen has been fully renovated and now boasts Quartz countertops, bar seating for three, new appliances, and plenty of storage for your grocery items. It comes fully stocked so you can easily prepare meals for your family.
The dining area features new furniture and comfortably seats six, with an additional breakfast nook that seats four. The expansive living area is filled with natural light, offers beautiful views of the George Fazio Golf Course, and is furnished with all-new pieces. There's plenty of comfortable seating for everyone, along with a wall-mounted SMART TV with live TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
One guest bedroom is located on the first floor and features a queen bed, HDTV, and an en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has been completely renovated and includes a beautiful tiled walk-in shower.
Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms. The Primary bedroom features a king bed, HDTV, and a fully renovated en-suite bathroom with dual stone vanities and a large tiled walk-in shower. The first upstairs guest bedroom includes a king bed, HDTV, and access to the newly updated Jack and Jill bathroom. The final guest bedroom offers two twin beds (which can be converted into a swing king) and an HDTV. The Jack and Jill bathroom has also been beautifully renovated and includes a tiled tub and shower combination.
Step outside to your private deck and enjoy serene views of the George Fazio Golf Course. The outdoor space includes a lovely dining room table. The beach is just a short walk or bike ride away, making this villa the ideal coastal retreat.
Outdoor grills are not permitted. The neighborhood does not have a community grill.

The house was great and in a convenient location. It looks like it was renovated recently and they addressed the flooring and patio door issues mention in previous reviews. We were very happy with the house and its cleanliness. It was convenient to the Fazio golf course where we enjoyed golfing and close enough to the beach to walk if you weren’t carry anything. It would be a bit of a haul if carrying beach chairs, umbrellas, etc so we found a place to park inside the resort during the day. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay at this location again.

Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. The property was clean, and the reservation process from initial reservation to check in to check out was very satisfactory. A little dissatisfied with the condition because of the doors leading to the outside back patio. The patio is wonderful but the doors are VERY difficult to slide open and only the strongest of our party were able to open and close. We requested it be fixed, but it is still in the same conditon.

Housing was spacious but obviously an old build and half of the lightbulbs were out. Robert Trent Jones golf course was very nice but the other two aren’t great. Arthur Hills was ok and Fazio was bad. Clearly a secret the resort tries to hide.
