Carriage House follows VRBO's enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights:
1. We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob.
2. We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and we wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination.
3. We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists.
4. We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay.
5. We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines.
Only 5 minutes from Yosemite's south gate and Mariposa Grove. 2 full Master suites with water jets in the tubs and heated tiles. Living space on the second floor with an expansive view of redwood trees and with a large full-featured kitchen. Away from the main road and situated in the middle of the woods with a large yard and a playhouse.
For golfers and tennis players, Wawona is 15 minutes away and has a gorgeous 9 hole course and 2 tennis courts. For Tesla owners, the supercharger is within 5 min walking distance across the street. Yosemite Village is a 1-hour drive.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Carriage House! Perfect for a family of 4, with ample, usable space in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were very attentive and prompt to ensure our stay was wonderful. When it unexpectedly snowed, they called the plowing service right away to make sure we were covered. Thank you Rose for checking on us!

The property was very clean and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. 5 minutes to south entrance of Yosemite which was perfect!
