Had to defrost fridge to get it working and fill the hottub. Really very minor things, you can tell time and love are put into the property with lots of litte nice touches and amenities. Location rocks. Id definitely stay again.

The house was clean and welcoming although a bit dated. Carpets could use a cleaning. The hot tub looked normal in the pictures, but leaks and doesn’t have seating. Felt like a kiddie pool sitting on the floor.

Overall the house was fine and served it’s purpose for our stay. It’s close to the south entrance of Yosemite so only 10-15 minutes to Mariposa Grove and the Wawona hotel. The property was clean and the communication with the property manager was great. Check in and out was easy. Having a hot tub was nice as well. The biggest negatives are that the house looks better in the pictures than it is. For the price, it is dated and could use updating throughout. The freezer dumped water on the floor every time you opened it. There is only one TV in the house, none in the bedrooms. There are no ceiling fans in the rooms, but there are a number of box/stand fans in the closets to use. The Internet speed is good, but the WiFi coverage in the house isn't the best.
