With a large pool, a small pool, a sauna, and a cast-iron tub for two on the manicured lawn, plus a bocce court, loungers, towels, umbrellas, games, and accessories—everything you need is at hand.
On a warm summer afternoon or under the painted evening sky, adults will relax while children have fun, with an exclusive pool area overlooking the stunning panorama!

Guests will have access to all areas of the house shown in the listing except for the guardian's apartment and the private laundry areas (not shown in the photos).
Villa Ponti Bellavista is rented in its entirety and will be for exclusive use along with the pool.
In the early morning, the guardians take care of the garden and pool area without disturbing the guests. For requests or questions, feel free to ask; it will be a pleasure to respond.
The pool area can be closed with a gate to prevent small children from accessing it without parents.
The sauna is prohibited for minors under 18 years old unless accompanied by adults.
You will be contacted and welcomed by the check-in staff on the day of your arrival, who will take care of:
-Establishing the arrival time and welcoming you in person
-Providing useful information related to the villa and the surrounding area
-Requesting identification documents from each guest as required by the Italian police
-Collecting the municipal tourist tax of €5 per person per night
-Requesting a security deposit of 4000€ by stripe capture
In any case, before, during, and after your stay, we will be available for any questions or requests of any kind, and we always respond as quickly as possible!

Events and parties are prohibited and must have the owner's approval, with a different cost from short-term rental.

This was the trip of a lifetime! Everything about it was perfect. The hosts helped us every step of the way. Not just with the villa, but with local reservations and transportation.They really became like family. We had everything we needed from Wi-Fi to access to the most beautiful view with fabulous facilities. You can't do better than this. Three generations of our family loved the Villa Ponti Bella Vista!! Grazie Mille!!!

We had a simply wonderful time at the Cloudhouse. The house itself is beautiful with spectacular views over Lake Como. The accommodation was very comfortable and spacious for the 14 of us, and the house managers were brilliant, always attentive and helpful. I can't recommend this house highly enough, and the whole process with Barbara the owner to book and prepare was excellent. The house managers Luiggi, Daniel and Maria attended to our every need and were very responsive to anything that needed attention. We had a fabulous holiday in a beautiful house, at a stunning location with first class care. We ranged in age from 3 months to 60 years and the house was great for each and every one of us. Thank you, it was a super holiday to treasure for all of us young and old!

This property sits in the small Italian town of Civenna that is a few kilometers from the bustling destination that is Bellagio. Civenna has a small grocery that has everything you need and across is the street is a small family bakery. The home lends itself to family get togethers, with a tremendous dining table and beautiful bathrooms on both levels.

I love unique architecture and this placer certainly has that in spades. Views to die for. Great experience for our family and friends. We loved the restaurants recommended. But really, we didn't feel we needed to go anywhere else. Such peace here. Thank you!
