Condo is in a great location on Butler Beach. 5minute walk to the super soft sand, through complex and private boardwalk which was super easy. Condo has a great ocean view- you can see the sunrise and the waves from it and hear the ocean as well. Entire back wall of master bedroom and living room have a great view to the ocean. Condo itself has everything you could want, three large bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, easy Roku tv, etc. I would stay here again. Convenient to historic St Augustine as well.

We stayed in a spacious vacation condo, and it was beautiful. It was equipped with all we needed for our family. Disappointed though at the cleanliness of the kitchen, as I had to wipe down a lot of splashes on the wall behind the coffee maker, and by the trash can, and across the room on some cabinets. Not sure what splashed, but felt like it should have been cleaned better between rentals.

Whenever we needed assistance condo services were timely and helpful. The condo we had a view of the ocean which was terrific! HIB-D202 had a great bed in the master bedroom. It was a beautiful property and highly recommended.
